If the scale doesnt work…
… to help you really bunker down to loose weight then seeing yourself in pictures at the pool next to your oh so skinny and gorgeous sister will do it. I wont torture you with pictures, but lets just say it looked like a guppy swimming next to a whale.

I’m keeping track of my calories at www.myfooddiary.com and it’s really helped a lot. I can track my excersise (or lack of it) and what I eat. So if I want to eat more food than I’m allowed (which I often do) then I need to excerise off some calories to do it. Its not a weight loss plan, I’m not only eating beef or never eating fat or something silly. I’m just making healthier decisions. I know I’m not going to wake up tomorrow at 100lbs (first that’d be way too skinny, but then I guess I could work on gaining weight, which is SO much more fun than loosing it). But I have an idea of when I can start to leave my barf bucket at home when looking at pictures of myself.
